Custom one off fabrication 7″ record box. Fits around 180 45 7″ records. Re-claimed wood shows history with aged patina. Inner width is snug fitting typical 7s and picture sleeve perfectly but does not accommodate the plastic protective sleeved records well.
This is a one of a kind item. Half lap joints at the corners. Glued and pinned w/16g nails w holes filled. 1/4″ bottom of the unit is routered into the sides. Refinished with 2 coats of poly. This is a very solid piece built to last a lifetime. Unsure of wood species but I believe some flavor of hardwood.
